disabling security problems checker by default

Hi,

I think the security problems checker should be disabled by default. It runs 
at least 10 regular expressions on each line of code in the file each time a 
character is typed, making KDevelop horribly slow and unresponsive. I'll do 
this in the next couple of days if no-one disagrees.
