[PATCH] Remove common editing options from the context menu

Hi,

The attached patch removes the ktexteditor actions from the right-click menu, 
since apparently, coders already know how to cut, copy, paste, etc. Patch 
comes courtesy of John Tapsell (JohnFlux on IRC), so blame him if you don't 
like it. :) I'm just the proxy so it doesn't get moderated.
