HEAD should get all new developments, but should be KDE 3.2 and Qt 3.2 
compatible.

There is already a KDevelop4 branch
But it is for KDE4/Qt4 specific stuff.

The new project is AFAIK Qt 3.2 based and it works in HEAD.
