[PATCH] Automatically show variables view

Log message:
Automatically show variables window when application stops, 
and hide when application terminates.

* languages/cpp/debugger/debuggerpart.cpp
  (DebuggerPart::slotDbgStatus): Add show/hide logic.

* src/newmainwindow.cpp
  (NewMainWindow::lowerView): Implement. The previous implementation
  did nothing.
