new project template: automake based Qt only project

Hi all =)

I attached a template for automake based Qt-only projects.
It works fine for me - if anyone else could be so kind to give it a try?!

autoqtcpp.tar.gz - the necessary files, please untar in
'languages/cpp/app_templates'

autoqtcpp.patch - a diff against HEAD, the changes in various Makefile.am
