Yes, thanks, removing $HOME/.kde/share/apps/kdevtrollproject/kdevtrollproject.rc solved the problem.

Maybe this could be done automatically? I guess a lot of qmake project users would love to see this annoying bug go away after the update to KDE 3.4 :)
