Attach to process not working

Yeah.. I noticed it a few nights ago but thought it was my local changes and 
didn't investigate (it's so easy to get sidetracked..)

The latest commit to kdevelop/languages/cpp/debugger/dbgpsdlg.cpp did it.

Those "this change is so simple it couldn't possibly break" are the ones that 
do. Please test your changes, people.
