Menu entries

Hi,

 I've updated now my KDevelop (finally!) from CVS and I see that due to 
the new profiles (thanks Alexander!) now we have 5 KDevelop entries 
under Development. With the 2 more KDevelop related (Assistand and 
KDevDesigner), it's 7 installed only by KDevelop. So I suggest 
reorganizing them as follows put all of them under a submenu in
Development->KDevelop (Integrated Web Development).
