[Bug 68015] Variables/Watch Window closes on first view in IDEA1 mode

Sadly, no. I don't think so. Last I looked the "pin status" was buried deep
somewhere in kdelibs/kdeui/kdockwidget* and IIRC there is nothing in the API
to affect it. :(
I never felt the whole "autoclose" concept comfortable in IDEAl mode so I
always stick the tabs as soon as I open KDevelop. It's a pain to always have
to do it, but I guess I got used to it.
