kparts appwizard project doesn't run

It compiles, but won't run properly.

I get a complaint about not finding the resource files.
I've tried moving them to various directories within the project to no
avail. By giving absolute paths in the program, I can get it to at least
find the resource, but then I get a complaint about _init not found in the
library (the _init it's now looking for having a full path).

What's wrong here?
