standard header code completion

Noticed a curious problem with code completion here....

Spent ages trying to get standard c++ header file completion working, but 
couldn't figure out what wasn't working. As a last resort I tried building a 
pcs database for older versions of the headers.

If I build a pcs database for c++/3.4.1 or 3.4.3 then code completion doesn't 
work.... if I build a database for 3.3.3 though then it works fine.
Has anyone else noticed this? Anyone have any ideas what might be causing 
this?
