Konsole sync patch

Hi Ivor,

I just tested your patch. On the surface it seems to work fine (the patch by 
itself works). However I noticed a bug in konsole before your patch:
when you view the konsole and you right click, choose 
'Close Terminal Emulator'
then it does not close. Furthermore it jumps to your project dir thus it sort 
of synchs itself with the current dir.
This should be fixed in order to make your patch efficient.
