Hi,

I'm with Vladimir on this one, I think it makes more sense to have debugger 
shortcuts active all the time.
After all how often do you swith wordwrap ?? :)

I just hope that KDE 4.0 will bring integrated management of kparts shortcuts 
using some unified shortcuts lib and GUI. And sure that Kile, Quanta, 
KDevelop and other applications will benefit from it.
