Ongoing question: Where is kdevelop4 port?

seems like the only way to keep things like annotate working, people would 
have to commit their individual diffs from the internal svn. 

Considering how much flux kdevelop4 will be in, is having annotate at this 
point of the game really necessary? If not, would it be helpful if i took the 
time to merge all these changes in to trunk or just let roberto import what 
he's got?
