KTextEditor-devel list has opened it's doors

hi,
for any ktexteditor related disscussions, the ktexteditor-devel at kde.org list 
has opened. There is the place to disscuss:

 - what app devs want to have in the interfaces
 - which probs parts have implementing them
 - known issues
 - hints about what the parts (katepart and yzis) should do better

there will be no bug mails or kate/kwrite app related noise like on 
kwrite-devel, please, if you care about the editor integration, try to 
communicate over this list, it's open for all projects using ktexteditor 
parts and people just interested in this stuff.

I hope this lists makes the communication between app devs using ktexteditor 
interfaces and part devs implementing the stuff more easy.
