Navigator cleanup patch

Hi,

I've attached a patch which does the following in the navigator class:

- cleans up the extra whitespace
- caches the value of end() in QValueList iterators so we don't create 
unnecessary return objects.

- cleans up the kdDebug output

Please review. Will commit in approx. 24 hours if no feedback. However, would 
like to commit sooner. :)
