Duplicated code in CoreModel

Hi,

I've been going through and documenting the classes in 
kdevelop/lib/interfaces/codemodel.h and there's a lot of duplicate code and 
duplicated functions that can probably be cleaned up. However, since it's in 
the lib subdirectory, I'm concerned about breaking BC on it, unless it's only 
used inside of KDevelop.

Does anybody have a problem with my cleaning this up (and thus breaking BC by 
doing so) or any other opinions?
