Sandy, I'll send you my configure options tomorrow.
With them you can correctly configure KDevelop HEAD on a SuSE 9.1 box

PS1: could you move the german documentation to lang/de/1.3/doc ?
PS2: could you tell me the error message that the 
bin/inform_translators.php gives when executed by the cron job? It runs 
fine here :(
