Hi!

The problem is that SuSE changed from ischarset=8859-1/15 to utf8. But 
in utf8 some of the sorce code contains illegal characters that kdevelop 
really doesn´t like. So I could fix it myself though kdevelop shouldn´t 
hang in a case like that.
