anoncvs.kde.org won't talk to me. ADD: I can get a mirror

I still can't get a response from the main anoncvs.kde.org, but I am getting a 
response from one of the mirrors.  Should I try to contact the sysadmin of 
anoncvs.kde.org, or is someone already working on this?
