Summary: The new file toolbox behaves weirdly
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.0.1
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-devel kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: pupeno pupeno com

Version: 3.0.1 (using KDE 3.2.1, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, propolice-3.3-7)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-gentoo-r1

The New File toolbox, that one that appears bellow the File Selector at the left toolbox on IDEAl mode doesn't behave very nice.
It has two columns and seems to have a reversed porcentual size for each of them and it is about 50% - 50% while that ratio is right when the toolbox is very small, when it gets bigger it wastes a lot of space. I think the first field should be setted as small as possible (to show all the content and the second filed should be set as big as possible).
If you shrink the first column (by drag and droping the place where the too title bars of the fields get together), the second field text wrapping doesn't update, it remains as if the second field were still small.
If you then resize the whole toolbox, the wrapping is updated and you can reach a nice layout because the ratio of spaces for each field is not updated.
But if you close and reopen the toolbox, everything is lost and is bad again.
