Attach to process fix for Solaris

Please consider the following patch that allows kdevelop to attach to a 
running process on Solaris.  This patch probably applies to most non-linux 
operating systems as well but I don't have a test environment setup for 
anything other than linux and Solaris at the moment.

The patch is for:
<base>/kdevelop-040506/languages/cpp/debugger/dbgpsdlg.cpp

Any nice feedback on how to better submit such a patch would be welcome.
