Version:           3.0.3 (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
Compiler:          gcc 3.3.3 
OS:          Linux

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new C++/KDE project
2. Click "Execute program"
3. Before the compilation is finished, create a new project
4. I get this error-message (amongst others):
   configure.in:16: warning: AC_ARG_PROGRAM invoked multiple times

Exepected behaviour:
- That the build-prosess is stopped after a confirmation-dialog
