Problem building RPM

Hello

I am working on my first project in Kdevelop 3.2.1 everything up to the
point of creating the RPM has been fine. 

The archive is created without a problem.
Below is the output I get when attempting to generate the RPM

*cd /home/randy/kdbqt && cp kdbqt-0.1.tar.gz  
*cp: missing destination file 
*Try `cp --help' for more information. 
**** Exited with status: 1 ***

I have attached the spec file.. Do you need anything else.
PS I have never built an RPM before.
