Some (or at least one) shortcuts do not get saved when the program is closed. More precisely, I am trying to assign the key code "Ctrl-M" to "KDevelop -> Show Messages Output". This works in the current session, but not after KDevelop has been restarted.

Just for fun I assigned "Ctrl-Ü" to "Tip of the Day; this gets saved and restored as expected.
