Hi,

somehow i managed to bring kdevelop into a state, that the kate window in it is behind the kdevelop bottom "window bar" (Messages, application, ...) to illustrate what i mean i will attach a screenshot. the lowest line in kate is only half visible, but it is really the lowest line, going down with the cursor moves all the shown text one row up.

this error seems to be saved into the kdeveloprc file, after i moved it and started kdevelop, it didn´t make the error again. i will attach the broken and the newly created kdeveloprc for reference.
