[Bug 69906] crash when opening existing project

As I had reported while I was running Mandrake 9.2 with a
konstruct-built KDE 3.2rc and its corresponding KDevelop: the bug had
indeed disappeared.

Now I switched to a fresh install of Mandrake 10.0 (--> Mandrake RPMS,
no konstruct) and the bug is back again. The persistant class store file
loading completes (bar up to 100%) and then kdevelop crashes.

My workaround is leaving the .pcs file in place but changing its owner
to root and chmodding it to 600 so kdevelop cannot read and overwrite it
-> no crashes anymore.

I don't know why this apparently only seems to happen on Mandrake boxes.

Remember, when buying major label music CDs, you're paying companies to
sue families and marginalize independent music!
