On initial startup in IDEA mode there are duplicate tabs/buttons in at the bottom of the main viewing area.  If I go to Setting->Configure Kdevelop... and change the User Interface to something else then there are only one set of tabs/buttons.  If I switch back to IDEA mode there are only one set of tabs/buttons then also.

I'll attach a snapshot of it.
