First of all, I also like the re-design. Good job!

My suggestions for the new colors would be to maybe use the one from the logo?
That means:

textbody	background color		#EFF7E3
		foreground color		#000000
		link color				#0E4605

section headers	background color	#DCEEC2
			foreground color	#000000


Just an idea. :-)
