I know a place or two ;) Basicly our current plan is what ever we cannot
implement quickly inhouse with our own guys, we will go trolling for KDevelop
devels that we can subcontract. We have some issues to resolve in that
department, but at this point we do not want to see ourselves competing with
the other KDevelop developers and we wish to get the patches no matter how
they come into CVS asap. The only thing we will provide to clients before
KDevelop can as a group are custom binary updates. Since cvs-branch is
always up to date for source.

I've played with the cygwin version and was not terribly impressed. I'm going
to try again with MS's unix services for windows. I was told that with their
stuff and a compiled XFree86 for that its remarkably faster.... well see ;)

At this point we really want to provide support for C++ developers on Unix.
Mainly because we wish to remove what we perceive is a major obstacle to
making KDevelop the standard C++ IDE on Unix. We also wish to make some
money on the side, but hey, we can think of less honest ways ;)

Cheers
