bug 74347 also causes code completion not to support typedefs

Hi developers,

regarding bug 74347 - Contents of structures are not displayed in the class
browser .

Just wanted you guys to note, that this bug, as described on its title, may
seem not very important,
but its implications - causing typedefs not to be supported in the
code-completion - are much more "annoying", since MOST C projects are using
typedefs.

I will be glad to provide any details in order to help fixing it, and test
any patch issued for this one.
