Just thinking loud... Do you expect that every user will know that he should
delete the PCS files when upgrading KDevelop? Isn't there a versioning of
those files? If not, you should introduce one. A simple text file saying:
PCSDatabaseVersion=DB3 or whatever. If the running KDevelop uses/needs a
different version, it should re-create the databases without any question.
