KDockWidget patch

Hi,

The attached patch is needed to be able to do toolview hiding/restoring sanely 
in KDevelop. All it does is add a trivial accessor method to KDockWidget. 
From what I've read, this is BC and shouldn't cause any problems.  Any 
protests? If not, I'll commit it.
