It seems /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdevdocumentation/tocs/kdev3api.toc is a bit out 
of sync with the rest of KDevelop cvs.  The biggest problem being that it 
points to the, now defunct, ng-project.org server.  I have been replacing the 
element <base href="http://ng-project.org/~kdevelop/apidocs/html"/> with 
<base href="/opt/kde3/share/doc/HTML/en/kdevelop-apidocs/html"/>. This 
results in some of the links working in KDevelop.  Is this the best approach 
to patching the toc for now?
