C++ Annotions do not listed in collection

I did not scrap the whole .kde directoy, but -- for test purposes -- the 
kdev* files in share/config and share/apps. Then it showed up here as 
well (even more, the .toc file of my local version in the /var directory 
I used during writing as well -- but only for this user). There seems 
to be some search and/or cache initialization mechanism.

On the other hand -- provided one knows such a .toc file exists -- it 
sure is trivial for anyone to add it manually in the KDevelop 
Documentation setup.

I did not bother to look for the right initialization file yet. But it 
would be helpful if anybody who knows could set this up -- we certainly 
should not force normal users to delete their configurations to have 
small changes like this to be seen. ;)
