KDE 3.2.3 from source and built KDevelop 3.0.4 and the same problem here. But changing the view mode to something else than IDEAl and come back to it fixed the dupes. But something was still anormal.
The content of the tabs (GBD and Disassemble) are also weird, the "top bar" to move the opened tab is in the middle of the tab, instead of being at the top. 
The "breakpoints" and "problems" tabs have 2 "move" bars like of there was another tab in the back, but there is no mean to see it. I deleted the whole config and restarted kdevelop to confirm it wasnt a misconfiguration from me.
