Summary: gideon takes too much memory for big projects
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.0.0
          Platform: Mandrake RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-devel at kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: f.heem at free.fr

Version: 3.0.0 (using KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.1 (Mandrake Linux 9.2 3.3.1-2mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.22-10mdk

gideon can't handle big projects such as the linux kernel because it's eating too much memory. There must be a way to disable the parsing of C files. As far as I'm concerned, using grep and tag is enough. gideon is therefore unusable for big projects.
