preview of doxygen

Hey ho!
I just wrote a small kdevelop plugin, which creates the doxygen html output of 
the current file and shows it, so that one can preview how it will look like.
You can start it by rightlclicking in the editor window and select it in the 
context menu, or by shortcut(default is ctrl+shit+p).
Atm it is a seperate plugin, a future version might be included in the doxygen 
part and make use of it's settings to create the output.
