[PATCH] Clear all breakpoints

Hi guys,

 This patch was on my HDD. It fixes the clear all breakpoints functionality,
as in some cases they were not cleared. May I commit? Should I backport?

PS: The 2nd file is not important, only the gdbbreakpointwidget.cpp diff.
