[Bug 72831] File Groups performance bad in some cases

Hey ho folks!
I hacked something small together, which selects a method of comparison for
the pattern. It selects QString::endsWith, when a pattern is like *something
and QRegExp otherwise. It can be extended to some more ways of comparison.
