project settings dialogs

automake and qmake project settings dialogs are different.
i think the dialog and the dialogpages for (includes/libs/build order ...)  
should have  the same base and implemented in its own directory. 

second these dialogs should be switched from qdialog to kdialog... 
because to many pages in qmake dialog.
