OT: Larch and Larch/C++

I ran into this stuff while looking for C++ materials.  It's not directly 
related to KDevelop, but it looks like the kind of thing folks on the project 
would appreciate.  I've just glanced over it.  It seems to be some kind of 
meta-language for specifying the behavior of programming languages.  Whatever 
that may mean.  I recognize many of the terms in the language as terms form 
abstract algebra.
