KDevelop looks great!...No General C++ Document?

I just took a look at the documentation in the latest build. I've been out of
the loop with KDevelop for a few months. I recently started looking at it
again. Wow! You folks are really making progress. This thing is beautiful!
I expecially like the was such things as the Bash manual are laid out. The
collection of documentation is also impressive.

One item I was hoping to find was a C++ reference. IIRC, there was one in the
old KDevelop. Perhaps not perfect and complete, but it was certainly
helpful. Am I overlooking this? Do I still need to do something special to
install it? IIRC, that could be a bit tricky.

Does anybody know if the C++ BNF is available freely in electronic form?

I do have Bjarne's phonebook sitting right here, but electronic documentation
can be much more effective as references in comparison to hard copy. It took
a couple months, but I have finally recovered from the shock and trauma of
attempting to write recursive data structures using templates, and would like
to attempt to learn more C++.
