What does the help->about say for version in 3.1.0cvs?

My wishlist submission should appear presently.  As you will see, it does not 
directly address this issue of version reported in the CVS image. I do 
believe changing the version number is important.  I spent a good deal of 
time trying to be as sure as possible I had the latest code before reporting 
the problem.  You may save other's a comperable amount of time.
