What does the help->about say for version in 3.1.0cvs?

When I run make install it says version 3.0.0, when I look at help about, it
says the same thing. I _believe_ I have the latest 3.1.0cvs. IIRC, I
checked out according to the instructions on www.kdevelop.org, and I've been
doing a cvs update -r HEAD, which, as I understand things, will *always* give
me the latest code.

I'm preparing to write a bug report discussing this and related issues, but I
want to get some verification that I really do have the latest code. Are
these version numbers in error in the lattest cvs?
