* Project Options -> New Files Wizard -> Used Global Types -> dox
 * add a dox-file (foo.dox) to your project, maybe another target
 * Run doxygen
 --> foo.dox isn't taken into account

After adding *.dox in Project Options -> doxygen -> input, sources aren't parsed any more and have to be added manually, too. 

There's not much sense in having dox-umentation files, and not having them as default input to doxygen.
