[Bug 69906] crash when opening existing project

This is weird. Running KDE 3.1 and several earlier CVS versions of
kdevelop 3.0 I always used to get that error -- on Mandrake 9.2.

Now that I am running a konstruct-built KDE 3.2 RC - installed into my
home directory - and the kdevelop 3.0 that came with it, I don't see
this problem any more.

However, and maybe that has something to do with it -- if not, then
please ignore this paragraph -- KDE 3.2-RC's kwin would always crash
with the same error unless started from within the konstruct dir where
it has been built. So I replaced bin/kwin by a shell script that would
cd into the konstruct dir and launch kwin there:

cd ~/tools/konstruct/kde/kdebase/work/kdebase-3.1.95/kwin
./kwin

I still wonder why I need to do this; my LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set
properly....
