new CTags Plugin filename(sorry)

Hi!
I moved both files to
ftp://ftp.kdevelop.org/pub/kdevelop/plugins/

so its accessible by all users. But its not linked on homepage or similar. 
I think there should be a plugin page after the 3.0 release or?
