KDevelop 3.1.1 "Documentation" tab not coming up on Solaris

First, make sure kdevdocumentation.desktop and libkdevdocumentation.so exists, 
and that the Documentation plugin is enabled in Settings -> Configure 
KDevelop -> Plugins.
