Added infrastructure (Doxyfile.am's included into Makefile.am's) to build KDevelop Platform API Documentation.
make apidox && make install-apidox will build and install it.
Platform API documentation currently covers KDevelop interfaces and support libraries. Check cvs in the near future for more updates (shell api coming soon). Interfaces documentation is in very good shape, other is being improved. So, starting from today there is a good reason to read API docs before hacking on KDevelop or writing your applications on KDevelop Platform.
